Its amazing how much effort Psihosoft puts into justifiying this. If you know him long enough you know that Psihosoft is one of the most conflict avoiding people ever. If there was any way for Psihosoft to not take the blame or not kick people he would have.

If Psihosoft had even the slightest reason to keep you in the guild he would have done it(I got kicked myself). Talking about "reasons" why you left doesnt even matter. Someone who has serious RL problems or someone who just stops playing out of boredom contribute same to the raiding, aka nothing.

And if you are present among the "qqing and drama" people Psihosoft mentioned its even more badass to complain.
Basically it comes down to:

"doesnt matter what your story is, if you cant raid you cant raid and others will be more beneficial for the guild"

Its a good decision, sadly some will always suffer, but more will benefit. "Psihosoft the evil mastermind, aiming to destroy Bane by kicking all the people who worked so hard for this guild." Dont make me laugh.

3. Didnt tell that U or or some1 of u dodnt deserve to be part of "My" guild. i just told that ppl who dont folow minimum of raiding rules dont deserve to be part of Any raiding guild.
4. I dont care who know whom in RL if that dont start be problem ingame/raids. And giving support to some1 who is blackmailing guild with "if i leave....will leave too..." is problem for guild.
5. We didnt use roll system. We used EPGP system in raid (same liek before) but soem ppl had same PR in that moment and i asked them to roll. /EPGP show every1 what need to know before boss is dead.
I think 4-5 days before raid was enough to ask everything what ppl wanted to know before raid start and not start public polemics after 1 boss is dead.

6. words like "...then go kill 25man boss with 15 ppl in raid..." are very intresting. Maybee other ppl dont make attention to this but from this i read soemthing like "Fuck off, if i am in raid i deserve to use items too even this is my first raid after longer break...". This thinking is ok for join pug raid but not correct for join run of raiding guild.

7. Like i wrote on start of this polemic personally i enjoyed in raids with U Rudelto and with Killerloopz but thats doesnt mean i can close eye on everything and ignore feelings/words of other Bane raiders. Bane is not my guild, Bane is guild of all raiders. But from next reset we going 10mans and when/if i see chance to use some new player in future in my 10man team first persons which i will whisper will be U and Killer. If u decline me bcs u allready raiding in soem other guild i will understund. if u decline me bcs i am piece of shit man i will understund and will be happy u decline me. If u accept me thats mean u learned soemthing from this discussion and accepted to change your self just little to fill better into team.

One piece of advise from this hibernating cow, dont play for loot as it can only result in drama. And what is loot afterall? Just a few bits and bytes. Playing together and having fun together, that's what Bane should be all about. But then again, when all the load and pressure is put on just a few ppl that have to carry the burden of all others... We've had our fun, people come and people go, that's just life. Lets move on, nothing to see here!
